The moment I arrived, the service advisor addressed me instantly and got me in the service bay for my first oil change, and preventative maintenance services; and went ahead and rotated my tires as well being I was already there so I didn���t have to come back to have that done. Very nice, great sense of humor, and made me feel like part of the family at All American Chevrolet. This is what the world needs more of these days. This customer service was so refreshing and definitely restored my faith in the way that it should be. From the beginning until I was ready to roll back out on my way, it was the most pleasant professionalism, and respectful manners of all I interacted with. This is a direct reflection of their leadership and management skills. Job well done to their team leader/manager for your obvious outstanding leadership qualities in building your team to succeed and grow in their own journey through life. I am forever hooked on as a customer!! Will not go anywhere else whether it���s for service or for another vehicle purchase. You all deserve to be praised and recognized for the outstanding customer care. Thank you all for the best experience ever!!!
