I contacted Able Anchondo about two repair items which needed to be done to our 2021 Traverse. Able gave me an appointment to bring the vehicle in for the repair. Work to be performed on 2021 Traverse, to repair no sound when signal light indicater was used to signal left or right hand turn. Also, one key was operating periodically. Service Advisor Sammy Garcia very professionally explained what procedures would be used to repair both items. The signal light indicater needed to have an amplifier ordered to repair the problem and the key had a new battery installed. Sammy ordered the amplifier and said the timeline would be about two days to arrive and the repair would be completed. Once again, the professionalism displayed by these two employees is a major reason why I continue to purchase Chevrolet vehicles. Thank you.
