I called in and Pete told me when he had an available time to have my car looked at, maybe 30 mins wait and he had me slip showing what I needed done, and ran the warranty to see if it was covered or had recalls. When it came time to get it fixed about 3 weeks later (parts delayed) I was able to sit and wait for my car about 3 hours, and it was done, everyone there was so nice and understanding that I had a roudy 2 year old with me, but everone was so kind and helpful, wouldn't have gone anywhere else this is only beneficial since I also bought my car there and they are very hands on and go the extra mile in sales and service! Shout out to Pete for the quick mindful responses.
