As someone who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and determined to find the absolute best deal available, I approach car shopping with a lot of preparation. I use multiple resources to compare offers and know exactly what I���m willing to pay. When I randomly met Micki as I walked into the dealership, I immediately felt at ease. She���s incredibly kind, approachable, and friendly���qualities that are often hard to come by in a car salesperson. Most importantly, she truly listened to me and let me drive the conversation (which hasn���t always been the case in my previous car purchases). I explained to Micki the deal I wanted and what I was willing to pay, and she respected that completely. She asked me to commit to giving her a chance to meet or beat any deal I found, and we shook hands on it. The negotiation process was lengthy but incredibly efficient and, most importantly, very comfortable. I never felt rushed, pressured, or overwhelmed during the process. Dropped off my vehicle and got helped by the service manager. He explained what the recall was for. Really professional and informative.

Was good until I went to my car and they didn't put the bag for my tire key with important info inside. I went back and the manager gave me a new set. That was kind of them.
